在導(dǎo)入環(huán)節(jié)我設(shè)計(jì)了猜詞游戲，這樣做的目的之一是引起學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，我所教授的學(xué)生所在的年齡段好奇心重，好勝心強(qiáng)，喜歡玩游戲，設(shè)計(jì)猜詞類的游戲能更好的讓他們專注到英語課堂上來;其次我設(shè)計(jì)的猜詞游戲都是跟動(dòng)物和蔬菜相關(guān)的，這也正是學(xué)生本節(jié)課要學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容，因此該游戲也能夠更好地導(dǎo)入新課，為后面的內(nèi)容做準(zhǔn)備。

In the warming up stage, I design a guessing game, I do this one one hand, can arise students’ interest in learning English. My students are in grade 6, they are full of curiosity and competition and they like games, so this game can better draw their attention in this class. And on the other hand, the content of the guessing game is about animals and vegetables, which is what they will learn later, so this game can make a preparation for the further study.

我一直夢(mèng)想著能夠成為一名優(yōu)秀的小學(xué)英語老師，上學(xué)期間就對(duì)英語非常感興趣，因此大學(xué)期間也選擇了英語作為我的專業(yè)，學(xué)習(xí)了英語相關(guān)專業(yè)課程，這使得我為之后英語教學(xué)工作做了很好的準(zhǔn)備，并且在大學(xué)期間還自學(xué)了教育學(xué)教育心理學(xué)的理論知識(shí)，并通過了教師資格筆試的考試;從我自身的性格來說，我非常有愛心有耐心，富有親和力，喜歡也擅長(zhǎng)跟小孩子大交道，所以覺得這份工作非常適合我，因此今天來到這里參加這次的面試，希望各位老師能夠給我這次機(jī)會(huì)，我也會(huì)用自己的實(shí)際行動(dòng)向大家證明我會(huì)成為一名優(yōu)秀的好老師。

I’ve always dreamed of being an excellent primary school English teacher. I was quiet interested in English when I was at school, and that’s why I chose English as my major in my college.
