No.3 Wanghua Primary School was founded in 1958。

為了更好地將學校工作有序開展，我們通過全校師生共同探索，努力，我們確立了以“花文化”為核心的校園文化體系，來引領(lǐng)學校的全面工作，并取得了較好的效果。“花”文化體系煥發(fā)學校生命力。學校的花文化體系由“花田環(huán)境、花悅課堂，花香德育、花開課程、花匠團隊”五個部分組成。涉及到學校的教學改革、課程建設(shè)、德育活動、教師團隊建設(shè)、學?；A(chǔ)建設(shè)及安全等各方面工作。

學校有著規(guī)范高效的管理體系，積極運用精細化管理理念管理學校工作。并與沈陽市七彩生活心理咨詢中心共同簽訂了“學校教職工、學生、家長心理幫扶計劃——（EAP項目計劃書）。還與與沈陽婚姻家庭咨詢師協(xié)會聯(lián)手，成為遼寧省遼海講壇分會場以及沈陽市社會科學普及基地，進行“關(guān)愛農(nóng)民工子女家庭教育”專項推廣，提供更大更有效的家校合作的平臺。
